39 Illinois groups sent a letter to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and the Federal Reserve Board of Governors on June 5, 2020. It urges the federal banking regulators to use the Community Reinvestment Act as a tool to address structural racism embedded in the financial system.
