Coalition Letter: Update to Authority of Federal Trade Commission

In light of a recent Supreme Court decision, Woodstock signed on to a letter led by the National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA) to Congress, urging the legislature to update the statutory authority of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to pursue refunds and monetary remedies on behalf of defrauded consumers.
