Comment Letter: In Defense of Sign On Letters

Woodstock recently signed on to a comment letter, led by Free Press, to the Administrative Council of the United States (ACUS) regarding their proposed rule on mass comment letters. The rule would not have distinguished between mass sign on letters, where individuals submit a comment letter from a form, and fraudulent/spam submissions. The rule was later revised to protect the integrity of mass sign-on comment letters.
