Ms. Rand also serves on the Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) Minority Depository Institutions Advisory Committee, the board of the CDFI Coalition, the board of the National Community Reinvestment Coalition, the CFED SEED Policy Council and the board of the University of Illinois at Chicago’s Center for Economic Education.
