Woodstock signed on to a comment letter led by the National Consumer Law Center (NCLC) submitted to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) supporting the Bureau’s decision to delay the effective date of its new debt collection rules for 60 days. The letter urges the Bureau to use that time to revisit the rules and add additional consumer protections.
