Thank you for joining us at Woodstock Institute’s 2025 Economic Justice Awards! The event brough together legislators, nonprofit leaders, government officials, community organization representatives, and finance industry executives in support of Woodstock’s mission to advance economic justice and racial equity within financial systems.
Calvin Holmes received this year’s Economic Justice Award in honor of his decades of leadership, service, and economic advocacy as president of the Chicago Community Loan Fund (CCLF). Under his 26 year long tenure, CCLF originated over $368 million in affordable loans, leveraging an additional $1.9 billion in capital to support over 12,480 units of affordable housing and the creation of 7,735 jobs.
