Woodstock Institute signed onto a coalition letter led by Public Citizen urging the U.S. Senate to pass the Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act (S.2342/H.R.4445). The bill would empower survivors of sexual assault and harassment by allowing them to file a case in court rather than be forced into arbitration.
