With this report, Woodstock Institute, in cooperation with the center for Community Development and Design, a department of the School of Architecture and Planning, University of Colorado at Denver, completes an extensive examination of Home Mortgage Disclosure Act data for the Denver/Boulder metropolitan rea for 1983 and 1984. During this period, banks and savings and loan associations lent over $1 billion in the Denver region. This report describes where those dollars were invested and which lenders made the loans.
